365 day return policy for all Miele bags. Too many box's of bags, just return them to us for a refund.

Box must be unopened and in perfect condition for a full refund less our shipping fee and restocking charge of 15%.


We want to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchases from us. Items purchased from are covered by our 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receiving your shipment, you can return it to us.

Vacuum must be in original box,with all accessories and instructions and unused warranty card.

Vacuum has to be in sellable condition,with no nicks or scratches

30 day return policy: You may return any vacuum within 30 days for full refund less our shipping fee.

On vacuums that offer overnight delivery,if you feel you might return the vacuum please take ground shipping so we will not deduct the very expensive overnight delivery fee.

Overnight delivery: Shipped via UPS or FEDEX insured, signature required.

If item is broken out of the box, or missing parts, or is not working to your satisfaction please call us toll free right away at 800-591-8743, and we will do everything we can to resolve the issue.

We want to make returning an item free of hassles and misunderstandings. If you have any questions about the Miele or Oreck Or Sebo item you are ordering please call us toll free or go to live help,so we can make sure you can get the vacuum or accessory best suited for your needs ,so you won't have to return the item.

If what you ordered is still not to your satisfaction and it is in perfect condition with all packaging, then you may ship the item back at your expense. You must call for an RA# first before you send back the item. If there is no RA# we are sorry but we must refuse the shipment. You will be refunded your payment less our shipping costs. There will be no restocking fee if sent back within 7 days of receiving the item. After 7 days there may be a 5% restocking fee. Please make sure you use a reliable carrier and insure the item you are returning.

Everything sent back must be in resellable condition with all manuals and materials included. Item can not have scuff marks on it.

When item is received back,after inspection from we will credit back your account less the initial shipping costs.(OVERNIGHT OR GROUND) All free items must be returned.

Bags or filters that you would be returning must be sealed. No opened boxes will be accepted. If item is not in sellable condition,then we will ask you to pick the item up and no refund will be given.

If we send you the wrong item and it is our mistake,we will send you the correct item and pay all shipping costs. We will also pick up the wrong item from you so there is no cost to you.

If you change your mind or order the wrong vacuum you pay all shipping costs to return the item and refund is given less our initial shipping costs as long as it is unopened and returned within 30 days with an RA#.

Do not under any circumstances refuse shipment,before first calling us. If you change your mind and package is already in transit we may be able to still get it back to us without delivery,however you must call us and tell us you have a change of mind. If you do refuse delivery on an overnight package,then we will deduct our overnight delivery charge from your payment.

Broken items or items damaged in shipment:

We must be notified within 1 day of receipt and we will replace/exhange the item at our expense. We will exchange only, there will be no refund on damaged items in shipping. You will get the same item you ordered.We use UPS claims for damage inspection.

If a new item seems to be broken after using please contact us, it will be fixed or replaced with no cost to you.

If we are notified that item is damaged or broken AFTER 30 days then item will go back to warranty.

All vacuums have a 7 year motor warranty and 1 year on non wearing parts.

The new s2 vacuums have a 7 year motor warranty and 7 years on the casing.

All Miele vacuums now have the Good Housekeeping seal of approval with 2 years of purchase guarantee.

Oreck vacuums have warranties that are listed with each vacuum.

We reserve the right to use any shipping carrier we feel will get the delivery to you in the fastest way possible.

All vacuums are brand new,fresh from factory and have never been used.

We NEVER sell refurbished,reconditioned or used vacuums.

Vacuums that are returned to us are sold only in our store and clearly labeled used.

How do I return an item?


All unopened Miele vacuums may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Please contact us for an RA#.
Shipping costs to return an item will be paid by the consumer. We will refund payment less our shipping fee when returned in new condition.
Items that are opened,in unsellable condition,used,and or do not have packaging will not be refunded.
If item is used but in excellent condition with all packaging materials in original box,you must let us know within one week that you want to return it,you must call us first for an RA #,you will pay for shipping it back to us. We will refund purchase price less our shipping costs and charge a 25 % restocking fee. If when the  item comes back it meets our expectations,ie: excellent condition,all parts included in the packaging,serial number matches one on box,box in perfect condition.No refunds for used items after one week.
Please make sure when you send an item back that it comes back to us. We can not issue a refund if it is not physcially in our store. Please insure the item and make sure you use a reputalbe carrier. We will not be resonsible for the item not reaching us. Please use UPS or FEDEX and make sure they deliver during our store hours. If we are closed and a note is left and tells us we have to pick the item up,we will not do so. The item must be sent to our store and be delivered to our store.
If you ordered a wrong item and contact us right away we will correct the order for you,however you will pay for shipping both ways.

If we ship you the wrong item to you in error we will pay all shipping costs to get you the right item. You will not be responsible for any shipping fees.

If you decide to refuse a shipment,there will be a return shipping charge plus the cost of return shipping.

All Miele products have serial numbers and we record and match each order that we send out.We will not refund any item that is returned with the wrong serial number.


If you need to return an item please call customer service at Galaxy to get an RMA#.DO NOT SEND BACK AN ITEM WITHOUT AN RMA AS WE WILL NOT ACCEPT IT.

Once you get your RMA # you can send it back to us with a copy of your shipping slip and the reason for the return. When we recieve it back we will check it over and issue a credit the same way you paid,if the items meets the requirements. Please send back insured with a reputable carrier. We are sorry at this time we can not accept deliveries made by USPS. Only UPS or FEDEX will be accepted.

There may be a 15% restocking fee at out discretion.
