Has my order shipped?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable. However please call  us Toll free at 800-591-8743 and we will try our hardest to take care of your request if we can.
How do I track my order?

My order never arrived.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service  800-591-8743 for assistance.

If item is broken out of the box, or missing parts, or is not working to your satisfaction  please call us  toll free right away  at 800-591-8743, and we will do everything we can to resolve the issue.
 
We want to make returning an item free of hassles and misunderstandings. If you have any questions about the Miele item you are ordering please call us toll free or go to live help,so we can make sure you can  get the vacuum or accessory best suited for your needs ,so you won't have to return the item.
 
If what you ordered is still not to your satisfaction and it is  not  used, then you may ship the item back at your expense. You must call Galaxyvacuum.com for an RA# first before you send back the item. If there is no RA# we are sorry but we must refuse the shipment. You will be refunded your payment less our shipping costs.(If you do not want the Free overnight shipping amount to be deducted then please choose regular ground shipping instead of Free overnight.)  There will be no restocking fee if sent back within 7 days of receiving the item. After 7 days there will be a 5% restocking fee.
 
If item is used then you must contact us within 30 days. You must request an RA# and send it back to us at your expense.Item must be in resellable condition with all manuals and materials included. Item can not have scuff marks on it.
When item is received back,after inspection from Galaxyvacuum.com we will credit back your account less a 20% restocking fee and initial shipping costs. All free items must be returned.  Bags or filters that you would be returning must be sealed. No opened boxes will be accepted.
 
If we send you the wrong item and it is our mistake,we will pay all shipping costs.
 
 
Broken items or items damaged in shipment: We must be notified within 1 day of receipt and we will exhange the item at our expense. If we are notified that item is damaged AFTER 30 days  then item will go back  to warranty.

When will my backorder arrive?
  Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.
